Shetland Women's Aid

Women’s Aid provides help to women and children experiencing domestic abuse.They may be able to offer safe and secure accommodation for you and your children.

Children of any gender can refer themselves into service from the age of 12 up to 18.

National Support Services for Children and Young People

Childline

Childline is the free helpline for children and young people in the UK. For further information click on the link below. You can also chat online, just go to their website and click on the Chat Online Button.

18U provides information and support to young people who have been abused in any way. You can visit in person at their offices in Dundee, join the online forum or get in touch by phone using texting with WhatsApp, snapchat or I-Message, you can also message on facebook

LGBT Youth Scotland

LGBT Youth Scotland’s website provides information on identifying domestic abuse and what to do in a crisis. LGBT Youth Scotland is the largest youth and community-based organisation for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people in Scotland.
